Through our in depth interviews, comprehensive paper-and-pencil testing and review of medical records, we identify the most likely causes of cognitive or behavior change, including memory loss. Once a diagnosis is made and all contributing factors are considered, we provide personalized recommendations aimed at improving brain health, independence, quality of life and mood. We are passionate about empowering our patients and their families with in-depth knowledge about why cognitive and behavioral changes have occurred. We use clear, understandable language to explain the complex workings of the brain and the results of our evaluation.
